Summary: We have stayed here numerous times. The staff at the hotel was wonderful as always. The rooms need to be updated. The beds have become very soft. The A/C unit was so loud it woke me up every time it came on throughout the entire stay. It sounds like a loud toilet is running right next to the bed then begins to squeal. The Keurig was very dirty and the mirrors had obviously been wiped with the same cloth they wash the sinks with. I love the location of this hotel but we will be looking for a new place to stay.

Summary: expensive for what you get, especially the breakfasts i got a huge breakfast across the corner for less money. it could use a refresh and update, appears to cater to the convention crowd
